Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Head of Product Development Data, Systems & Insight to define and execute the strategy for Product Development information, data, systems and analytics. You will lead a global Centre of Excellence, drive governance and standards, and ensure scalable platforms and trusted data across Dyson's Product Development organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, systems, platform, reporting or analytics capabilities within a global organisation.
• Experience defining and executing digital transformation, business intelligence, data or enterprise systems strategies.
• Experience owning business-critical platforms, information ecosystems or data capabilities.
• Experience leading architecture, integration or enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business, technology and operational functions.
• Understanding of Product Development, Portfolio Management, Resource Management or Engineering environments with modern data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define Dyson's vision, strategy and roadmap for Product Development information, systems, reporting and analytics.
• Lead a global Centre of Excellence and govern capability ownership across domains.
• Own Product Development data architecture, governance and standards, enabling trusted data.
• Ensure scalable, secure data platforms and the adoption of new data sources and tools.
• Act as senior business partner, balancing priorities with enterprise value and execution.
