Job summary

The Public Service Division (PSD) in Singapore invites applications for a Product Designer Intern to gain hands-on experience on real-world challenges. You will work with product designers, managers and engineers to improve internal HR systems and workflows.

Under senior design guidance, you will participate in end-to-end design processes from discovery through to delivery, with opportunities to explore AI-assisted prototyping and rapid ideation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Design or related field.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design and product design methods.
• Familiar with design/prototyping tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Assist user interviews, usability testing and other research activities.
• Help frame opportunities from research and translate to design ideas.
• Contribute to creating user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
