Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced product designer to shape AI-powered government experiences. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design intuitive, trustworthy interfaces across AI initiatives.

You should have 3–5 years of hands-on design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and a passion for human-centered AI. This role offers growth, collaboration across ministries, and a supportive design system environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking.
• Experience taking products from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent Figma skills and design system experience.
• Clear communication with technical and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct discovery research to inform design.
• Design end-to-end user experiences and hi-fi UI.
• Create and maintain interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Advocate for accessible, trustworthy AI experiences.
