Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to own manufacturing processes, provide day-to-day engineering support to keep production safe, stable and efficient. Using production data and structured problem-solving, you will improve quality, yield, scrap and process capability, and support corrective actions and NPI readiness with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams.

• Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or data-analysis tools.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve process performance for assigned manufacturing processes.
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs, FPSs and Control Plans.
• Analyse process data to identify variations and trigger corrective actions.
• Review non-conforming materials and support disposition decisions.
• Support NPI readiness, process trials and equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams.
