Job summary

VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Data Specialist to manage Technical Product Data (TPD), BOMs and documents within PLM and ERP systems.

You will ensure accuracy of customer packages and deploy changes to PICs in a timely manner. Responsibilities include maintaining items, BOMs and TPDs, creating and controlling part numbers, and initiating ECOs with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check the correctness and completeness of product packages (TPD & BOM) from customers.
• Collaborate with TPD users to define new TPD requirements and update ISO documents.
• Maintain customer items, BOMs, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
• Create and control item part numbers, BOMs and TPDs in PLM/ERP systems.
• Create ERP projects for fulfillment of customer sales orders.
• Implement ECOs and deploy changes to PICs (planner, purchaser, process engineer, Sales & Program).
• Ensure all required information for TPD and configuration changes is provided and approved.
• Support and participate in continuous improvement programs.
