Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a Product & Business Analyst Associate to support My Singtel app owners in translating business and customer needs into clear requirements and workable solutions.

You will collaborate with Business, Product, Operations and IT teams to drive end-to-end delivery of product enhancements—from requirements through testing, implementation and post-launch improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field is required.
• Strong business requirement analysis and structured documentation skills.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of system and functional management.
• Experience in Day 2 support and operational management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across a large organization.
• Able to present demand status, solutions, timelines and blockers clearly.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Singtel products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, user and operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse customer journeys to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and ensure detailed specs for development.
• Maintain requirements, decisions and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams across design, development and implementation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and requirement clarification.
• Prepare business scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track defects and actions through to closure and post-implementation reviews.

As a Product & Business Analyst Associate, you will support My Singtel app owners in translating business and customer needs into clear requirements and workable solutions.

Working closely with Business, Product, Operations and IT teams, you will support the end-to-end delivery of product and platform enhancements — from requirement gathering and development through testing, implementation and post-launch improvements.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Gather and document business, user and operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse existing processes and customer journeys to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Clarify requirements with relevant stakeholders and ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed for development.
• Maintain requirements, decisions and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams throughout design, development and implementation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and requirement clarification during development.
• Prepare business scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Track defects, requirement gaps and outstanding actions through to closure.
• Support tracking of product adoption, customer experience and operational performance after implementation.
• Analyse customer feedback, incidents and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support post-implementation reviews to determine whether delivered enhancements achieved their intended outcomes.
• Recommend opportunities for future enhancements based on customer, business and operational needs.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in systems operations and project management-related fields.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management.
• Strong business requirement analysis and structured documentation skills.
• Good understanding of system and functional management.
• Experience in operational management and Day 2 support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across a larger organisation.
• Able to clearly present demand status, proposed solutions, timelines, blockers and mitigation plans.
• Able to chair daily stand-up meetings and prioritise activities with developers using appropriate technical terminology.
• Able to challenge proposed solutions and associated costs for each demand.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Good knowledge of Singtel products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solution gaps during testing.
• Able to manage timelines and stakeholders across both Business and IT teams.
