Manage the development, launch and ongoing support of Singtel’s SIM and eSIM products and supporting platforms.
The role supports Consumer, Prepaid, Enterprise, Wholesale and digital-brand product teams with their eSIM product offerings. It requires close work with IT, Networks, Operations, Procurement, Legal, external technology suppliers and device manufacturers.
The person must understand business needs, convert them into clear technical and process requirements, and coordinate the work needed to launch and support the service.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong structured thinking, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps, requirements and practical solutions.
Good communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, ask the right questions and communicate requirements clearly in writing.
Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset, with the ability to follow through on actions and close issues effectively.
Strong interest in exploring and learning new technologies.
Project experience in mobile products and networks.
Familiarity with project and design tools such as Jira, Confluence and Figma.
Basic understanding of APIs and system concepts, including inputs and outputs, system dependencies and error handling.
