Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations support, product support or related role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint or other reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Managers in the day-to-day management of the ICT and Enterprise 5G portfolio.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities such as new product launches, service enhancements and product updates.
• Maintain product documentation, service catalogues and internal knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support product pricing updates, service configuration and product information maintenance across internal systems.
• Support contract administration, purchase requisitions and vendor coordination where applicable.
• Support the preparation of monthly business reports, dashboards and product performance updates.

Make an impact by:

• Support the Product Managers in the day-to-day management of the ICT and Enterprise 5G portfolio
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities such as new product launches, service enhancements and product updates.

• Assist in annual planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Maintain product information across internal systems and ensure timely updates.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and meeting materials.

Governance & Compliance

• Support internal governance, audit and compliance activities.
• Ensure product documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company processes.
• Assist with internal approvals and operational documentation as required.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations support, product support or related role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint or other reporting and collaboration tools will be an advantage.
• Experience coordinating projects, meetings or cross-functional activities.
• Experience supporting business reporting, documentation or operational processes.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a professional manner.
• Interest in technology and digital services, with a willingness to learn about ICT, Enterprise 5G and AI solutions.
