Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Product and Market Development Director to drive growth and market expansion in the medtech startup space. You will lead strategic initiatives, oversee P&L, and align resources to achieve milestones.

You will partner with engineering and commercial teams to craft entry strategies for new markets, identify distribution channels, and ensure strong market penetration and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience with demonstrated ability to manage P&L.
• Strategic business thinking with ability to be hands on.
• Prior knowledge or experience in medical device industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of the company
• Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions
• Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with industry partners
