Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a tech business analyst/product operations professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our talent pipeline. You will collaborate with engineering, product, policy and frontline teams to drive outcomes, analyze data flows, APIs, and backend processes, and translate findings into actionable dashboards and user journeys.

We value structured documentation, ownership, and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on end-to-end product

Qualifications

• End-to-end experience with product teams to build new products and features.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CS/PM related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• 3–5 years as a tech business analyst or product operations in tech environments.
• Experience with data flows and backend processes; comfortable with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, policy, and frontline teams to define problems and opportunities.
• Translate data insights into actionable dashboards and metrics.
• Conduct market analyses to inform product strategy and problem framing.
• Break down complex systems into clear user journeys and operational steps.
• Evaluate existing solutions for synergies and efficiency improvements.
• Interview users to gather insights and inform problem statements.
• Define success factors, metrics, and post-release analyses.
• Document requirements clearly and maintain traceability.
