Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is offering a 6-month contract in Procurement and Supplier Management to gain hands-on experience with procurement systems, supplier onboarding, and SAP Ariba.

You will support the supplier portal daily operations, assist with data upkeep, UAT, and user guides, while collaborating with internal teams. A Diploma in Business or related field, strong Excel skills, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT or related fields.
• Comfortable using procurement or ERP systems.
• SAP Ariba experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier onboarding and registration
• Support suppliers with portal and account issues
• Troubleshoot and follow up on system issues
• Maintain and update supplier data
• Perform basic data checking and Excel tasks
• Support UAT and system testing
• Prepare simple user guides and FAQs
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
