Job summary

SP Group is seeking a capable professional to support SAP ARIBA procurement implementation and ongoing supply chain activities. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, identify process improvements, and manage testing, training, and change management for seamless system adoption.

The role involves project coordination, post-implementation support, and routine admin tasks, requiring a degree in a related field and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, IT or Engineering.
• Experience in SAP ARIBA procurement system implementation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement support function.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are fully captured and implemented.
• Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities, including identification of test scenarios, execution of sanity tests before rolling out to testers, and defect management.
