Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Purchaser Support to assist daily purchasing activities, process PRs/POs, and coordinate with suppliers in Singapore. The role emphasizes accurate data review and SAP Ariba usage, with ERP exposure advantageous.

You will liaise with internal teams, maintain records, and support procurement operations to keep orders on track and deliveries on schedule.

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
Experience in purchasing support or procurement administration.
Experience using SAP Ariba for PR/PO processing preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems will be advantageous.
Detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple orders.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and support daily procurement operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
Review purchase requests to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
Use SAP Ariba to process and track purchasing transactions.
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requests and delivery updates.
Assist with resolving order discrepancies, returns and invoice-related queries.
Liaise with Finance / Accounts Payable on payment and invoice matters.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information in SAP.
Assist with updating purchasing reports and tracking outstanding orders.
Support the procurement team with other administrative duties as assigned.
