Job summary

Mieux Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Purchasing / Procurement Executive to join our team. You will handle daily purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials to support operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, strong MS Office skills, and good communication. You will work with internal departments to optimize costs and processes, with occasional overseas supplier visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with basic IT knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior purchasing/procurement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities including purchase orders, deliveries and invoice verification.
• Source new suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance (cost, quality, delivery).
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare quotation comparisons, tender documents and purchasing reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments.
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier databases and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support purchasing needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
• Overseas travel may be required for supplier visits and meetings.
