MINDSG LTD is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to support spend analysis, contract monitoring and supplier coordination. You will contribute to centralised sourcing and governance across business units, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Ideal candidates have analytical skills, spreadsheet proficiency and familiarity with eProcurement systems. Entry-level applicants may be considered with training; location is near Redhill/Queenstown MRT.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, or a diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with good spreadsheet skills; dashboarding skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with TenderBoard or other eProcurement systems is an advantage.
• Preferably two years of relevant procurement experience. Entry-level candidates may be considered, with appropriate training and supervision.
• Organised and proactive, with good follow-through and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear writing, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Integrity, accountability and openness to digitalisation and continuous improvement.
• Basic understanding of procurement and commercial principles, or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support the Manager, Procurement in spend analysis, contract monitoring, supplier coordination and centralised sourcing.
• Maintain contract registers and renewal calendars; track deliverables, expiry and notice dates.
• Work with business-unit contract owners on supplier scorecards, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Analyse spend, sourcing activity, centralisation coverage, contract utilisation and supplier performance; prepare dashboards.
• Consolidate requirements across business units, conduct supplier research and price benchmarking; support central contracts.
• Coordinate quotations, tenders and direct contracting; complete procurement records for review.
• Guide users on sourcing procedures and approvals; flag non-compliance or control exceptions.
• Support eProcurement administration, data accuracy, system testing and digital workflow improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
