RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Yishun. You will manage purchasing, stock forecasts, and inventory records, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate reporting to the Managing Director.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor purchase orders, and supervise warehouse activities to maintain proper storage and stock control. Prior WMS and SCM system experience is required.

Formación

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification; Diploma or Degree in any discipline is an advantage
• At least 2 years of procurement, logistics, service or order fulfilment experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience with WMS and supply chain management systems

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and stock forecasts to the Managing Director
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery and invoice records
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control
• Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments as required
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties
