Job summary

INDOGUNA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a procurement professional to manage local purchases and POs while negotiating favorable terms with suppliers for perishables. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics to align plans with demand and ensure timely receipt and proper storage of goods.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Hana preferred).

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience.
Familiarity with food products, especially perishables.
Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal teams.
Knowledge of SAP Hana or other ERP systems is advantageous.
Registration as Customs Declarant is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders and local purchases with accuracy and timeliness.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for best prices, terms, and delivery.
Collaborate with Sales to align purchasing with forecasted demand and warehouse receipt.
Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure timely receipt, quality, and storage of perishable items.
Monitor stock turnover and prevent overstocking or stockouts with cross-functional teams.
Report discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.
Maintain purchasing records and supplier documents in line with audits.
Prepare spend summaries and supplier status reports for Purchasing Manager/Finance.
Undertake additional tasks to support business objectives.
