Job summary

Dada Consultants is recruiting a hands-on Indirect Procurement Lead to own and streamline spend across Engineering, IT, HR and Admin in Singapore. You’ll drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, and build a startup-friendly P2P policy with Legal and Finance.

You’ll consolidate fragmented spend across departments, track supplier performance against KPIs, and help balance speed with procurement discipline as the company scales in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related; CIPS a plus.
• 5–8 years in Indirect Procurement, ideally at a fast-growing tech company or scale-up.
• Strong grasp of the Singapore vendor landscape (IT distributors, FM contractors, insurance brokers).
• Comfortable switching between engineering-technical and HR/benefits conversations.
• Strong negotiator with a lean-cost mindset and ability to build long-term partnerships.

About the Company

Our client is a next-generation AI infrastructure provider building the compute backbone for AI applications, with a growing footprint across Singapore and Southeast Asia. As the company scales its team and office presence, it needs someone to build out and run procurement for everything that keeps the business operating day to day.

The Role

Not a siloed category role — you'll be the go-to procurement partner across Engineering, IT, HR, and Admin, balancing startup speed with procurement discipline across the company's full indirect spend.

What You'll Own

• Engineering & Facilities — office fit-outs, FM, lab/engineering equipment, workplace safety
• IT & SaaS — hardware procurement, full-lifecycle SaaS management (AWS/Azure, productivity, security tools), license optimization
• HR & Benefits — corporate insurance, wellness programs, recruitment agency contracts
• Corporate Services — legal, tax, marketing/Public Relations, T&E
