Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage requisitions, change orders, and RFQs from suppliers.

You will ensure data integrity in procurement systems, review requisitions, and monitor costs and schedules of subcontracts to secure quality and value.

Candidates should have a diploma and at least 2 years of procurement experience in construction; join a hands-on team and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field (Prefer Electronics/Engineering/Mechanical).
• 2 years directly procurement buyer experience in a construction company.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and RFQs from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
• Review and analyse purchase requisitions.
• Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.
• Any other task assigned by the Company.

Education
