RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Outram, Singapore is seeking a full-time, on-site procurement professional.

You will process material purchasing requisitions, issue orders and RFQs, and coordinate with suppliers and site staff to secure quality and best value. A Diploma or higher in Engineering/Construction is required, with at least two years of procurement experience in construction, and you must demonstrate negotiating, coordinating and communicating effectively to perform

Competenze

Diploma or above in Engineering/Construction or related field.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
Prepare payment summaries, data entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
