Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is looking for a procurement professional to manage indirect material purchases for the manufacturing plant with a focus on cost efficiency. The role covers office supplies, MRO, facility management, and related categories.

You will lead end-to-end procurement, negotiate supplier terms, perform spend analyses, and ensure on-time deliveries in line with incoterms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably indirect procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end procurement activities for indirect purchase categories i.e Office supplies, equipment purchase, MRO, facility management, subsidiary material and etc.
• Review, discuss and negotiate the contract clauses with supplier for the best interest of company.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure the delivery on time and arrange the shipment delivery based on incoterm.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with business objectives / strategies.
• Track and report on procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
• Participate in any procurement related activities as assigned by HoD.
