Job summary

MANDAI RESORTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Procurement and Receiving Officer to ensure timely receipt and inspection of goods and services for the Resort.

The role involves receiving inventory, maintaining accurate records, proper storage, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies while upholding quality standards. Prior experience in luxury hotel or resort settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC, NITEC or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in receiving or inventory management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming inventories, ensuring quality and quantity per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all received items and relevant documents.
• Store received inventories properly and maintain an organized storage area.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address shipment issues or discrepancies.
