Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated purchaser to manage daily buying operations in Singapore. You will source suppliers, issue requests for quotations, and prepare purchase orders while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing or admin; training is provided for those with lesser experience. Located at Tagore Lane, the position offers a basic salary with lunch subsidy and consistent weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience in purchasing or admin role preferred
• Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing documents.
• Check and file invoices and related documents.
• Prepare reports and perform cost and profit analysis using Excel and Word.
• Assist with price negotiations and cost-saving activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
