Job summary

Linkgas Engineering Enterprise PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing and inventory operations. The role welcomes entry-level candidates and offers training, with opportunities to build a career in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or inventory management.

You will source materials, manage supplier quotations, prepare POs, track deliveries and support stock planning with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, warehousing or supply chain is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of stock control, inventory planning or replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Purchasing: Source materials, request supplier quotations, prepare POs, track orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with Inventory team on stock requirements, records and replenishment, and participate in planning and process improvements.
• Supplier & Process Management: Maintain supplier data, assist in evaluating suppliers and support system improvements across procurement and inventory.
