Job summary

ant international seeks an accomplished procurement leader to own end-to-end activities across international categories, including Marketing, Administration, IT, Labor, and Policy/Process/Quality management. You will craft and execute category strategies, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive SRM with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes market analysis, cost optimization, and global process design, leveraging S2P systems to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Fluent Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Technology, E-commerce, FinTech, Banking, or Fortune Global 500 companies.
• Strong supplier evaluation, sourcing, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
• Hands-on experience with digital/automated procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems.

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
• Analyze market dynamics and cost structures, including supply and demand trends, category landscapes, and project-specific cost drivers, to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Manage supplier databases and cost models, conducting cost-driver analysis and establishing, maintaining, and renewing cost models to support informed procurement decisions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional and regional teams to support business initiatives and drive innovative procurement solutions.
• Identify new suppliers, technologies, and market opportunities to deliver sustainable cost savings through total cost optimization and effective demand management.
• Design and optimize procurement processes and workflows across functions and countries, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and effective risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within multinational organizations and/or international business environments.
• Fluent Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Technology, E-commerce, FinTech, Banking, or Fortune Global 500 companies is preferred.
• Strong supplier evaluation, sourcing, commercial negotiation, and contract management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with digital/automated procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, with the ability to optimize existing processes or contribute to system design and implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven mindset.
