Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in engineering industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Mandarin language proficiency to liaise with suppliers in China.
Familiarity with Globe 3 software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes from order placement through delivery to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material demand and maintain timely availability of resources.
Coordinate with forwarders to arrange incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Monitor supplier performance through regular assessments and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business needs.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards.
Execute additional procurement-related duties as assigned by management.
