• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in engineering industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency to liaise with suppliers in China.
• Familiarity with Globe 3 software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from order placement through delivery to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material demand and maintain timely availability of resources.
• Coordinate with forwarders to arrange incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular assessments and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards.
• Execute additional procurement-related duties as assigned by management.
