OUNG CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Executive in Singapore to manage sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for marine construction projects.

You will balance cost, quality and timelines, while maintaining client relationships and vendor performance. Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, ERP-based ordering, inventory oversight, and risk mitigation to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, BA, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in marine construction.
• Familiarity with marine materials and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP, and MS Office.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for marine construction materials, equipment and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure availability of critical resources.
• Compare vendor terms, pricing and contracts per project requirements.
• Place purchase orders via ERP portal and manage deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and adjust procurement strategies to avoid shortages.
• Identify procurement risks and develop contingency plans.
