Job summary

Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, Procurement to support ACMV and Facilities Management procurement and ensure timely sourcing, purchasing and delivery of materials in line with specifications and policies.

You will work with project managers, engineers and vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing, maintain records, evaluate quotations, monitor deliveries and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from approved suppliers for ACMV and Facilities Management.
• Evaluate quotations based on price, quality, technical compliance and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with pricing, quantities and terms.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and facilities teams on material and service needs.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to sites.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, shipments and discrepancies.
• Support procurement of ACMV equipment, spare parts, maintenance materials and subcontracted services.
• Maintain procurement records compliant with company procedures.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Support cost comparisons, budget tracking and procurement reporting.
• Drive supplier participation in payable financing programs to improve cash flow.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, contracts and regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice verification and payments.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements and company policies.
