Job summary

Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facilities management operations and maintenance at assigned commercial buildings.

You will ensure safe, efficient building performance, asset reliability, and accurate documentation while supporting the Facilities Manager in meeting contractual KPIs. Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Good knowledge of building M&E systems and statutory requirements.
• Experience supervising technicians, subcontractors and site maintenance activities.
• Proficient in documentation, reporting and record management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management operations to ensure safe, efficient and reliable building performance.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts and BMS.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance to minimise disruptions.
• Supervise technicians, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Conduct routine building inspections to identify defects, safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLAs and KPIs.
• Attend to client and tenant feedback, service requests and operational issues.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, testing and servicing for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and documentation.
