Job summary

Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facilities management operations at assigned commercial buildings. You will ensure safe, efficient building performance, documentation accuracy and statutory compliance while supporting the Facilities Manager to meet KPIs and client expectations.

The role includes supervising M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts and BMS, coordinating maintenance work, maintaining records

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or diploma in engineering/facilities management.
• At least 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and statutory requirements.
• Experience supervising technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong documentation, reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management operations to ensure safe, reliable building performance.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts and BMS.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise disruptions.
• Supervise technicians, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely work completion.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and maintenance needs.
• Monitor service delivery to meet contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Attend to client and tenant feedback and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, testing and servicing for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports andWork orders.
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking and filing of maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and maintenance schedules.
• Support manpower deployment, materials planning and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed.
