ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Inventory/Procurement Assistant to manage sourcing, purchasing, and stock control. The role includes liaising with suppliers, maintaining inventory data, and ensuring timely orders.

The position requires coordination with customers and couriers, with duties spanning warehouse operations and reporting. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM at Buona Vista.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, packaging, consumables, and other required items.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiry dates, and ensure timely ordering.
• Liaise with suppliers and prepare purchase orders.
• Check incoming goods and resolve any delivery or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory information such as lead times and Re-order Points (ROP) in the CISPRO system.
• Update activity and inventory reports on SharePoint.
• Track and follow up on supply issues and corrective actions.
• Process Goods Received (GR) upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate shipment requests with customers, forwarders, and couriers.
• Maintain good relationships and clear communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure goods are properly accounted for, secured, and handled throughout warehouse operations.
• Support the team in achieving operational, productivity, and financial targets.
