Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily logistics operations. You will receive and check incoming goods, pick and pack orders, and prepare delivery documents while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role covers loading/unloading, stock replenishment, and warehouse housekeeping in a safe, organized environment with Monday to Friday office hours. Basic salary up to SGD 2,500 plus AWS and allowances.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of goods in the warehouse.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Assist with stock replenishment and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
