Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore East is seeking a logistics/operations assistant to support order processing, documentation, and inventory tasks. You will verify shipping requirements, process sales orders, maintain ERP records, and liaise with customers using email, Teams, and phone.

The role offers a basic up to SGD 2,800 plus bonuses, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm with high OT, located in East Singapore. Candidates with ERP familiarity and strong data accuracy are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewed and validated documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Verified customer shipping requirements and selected appropriate delivery methods based on their preferences.
• Processed sales orders and billing entries in the ERP system, ensuring timely execution and proper supporting documentation.
• Maintained and updated records in Excel, sharing key information with the operations team for coordination.
• Cross-checked packing lists against SMS records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Performed ERP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and stock transfers.
• Conducted weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts, updating results in the ERP system.
• Communicated with customers via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to address enquiries and fulfill requirements.
• Worked closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of customer orders.
• Supported daily operations by handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
