Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking an inventory and procurement professional based at our Buona Vista office in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing materials, managing stock levels, and coordinating deliveries to support business operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining CISPRO data, liaising with suppliers, processing Goods Received notes, and ensuring accurate inventory control to meet productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging, consumables, and ad-hoc items according to business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, ensuring timely replenishment and purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods and resolve any delivery or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory data, including lead times and Re-order Points (ROP), in CISPRO.
• Update operational activity reports in SharePoint and track supply-related issues.
• Process Goods Received (GR) upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate shipment requests between customers, suppliers, forwarders, and couriers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure goods are accurately accounted for, securely handled, and safeguarded throughout warehouse operations.
• Support the achievement of operational, financial, and productivity targets.
