Job summary

Sanofi Tuas is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team. You will support day-to-day procurement operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing activities, contributing to Sanofi's mission of delivering health solutions globally.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to end-to-end procurement processes, and receive mentorship from experienced procurement professionals at a leading biopharma company.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in any field.
• Polytechnic or University programmes welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Procurement Site Lead for consolidation, prioritization and value creation of all third party spend at Sanofi Modulus Tuas site.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Supplier Operational Leader, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Lead Buyers as required.
• Support procurement and KSOL in vendor management, including maintaining supplier databases and tracking performance.
• Lead and attend meetings representing Procurement during the Site Lead's absence.
• Conduct online research and supplier evaluations to support sourcing decisions and identify potential new vendors.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Provide procurement-related administrative support such as organizing vendor interactions and updating trackers.
