Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is offering an internship to support the Group Procurement function by developing and automating procurement reporting solutions, including procurement indicator reports, while gaining hands-on exposure to sourcing, procurement operations, and the Coupa e-procurement system.

You will gain hands-on experience collecting, validating, cleansing and analyzing procurement data, conducting spend analysis, and creating Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic or undergraduate student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn procurement systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gaining exposure to and supporting the Coupa e-procurement system, including data extraction and reporting.
• Assisting with sourcing and procurement operational activities to understand end-to-end procurement processes.
• Collecting, validating, cleansing and analysing procurement data from Coupa and other sources.
• Conducting spend analysis and generating procurement insights, compliance indicators and efficiency metrics.
• Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports to support procurement reporting and decision-making.
• Supporting automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborating with procurement stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide ad hoc analytical support.
