Job summary

Danone APAC is seeking a 6-month intern to support procurement digitization across 10+ countries, focusing on 3PM and CAPEX. You will manage KPI data collection, consolidate insights, and maintain the Power BI CoMan Dashboard.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to global sourcing, and develop a strong foundation in data storytelling, analytics, and project coordination within a fast-paced, matrixed environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, or related field.
• Experience as a data analyst or in analytics projects.
• Proficient in PowerBI and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist digitization projects for APAC procurement (3PM and CAPEX).
• Collect KPI data from multiple sources and consolidate into dashboards.
• Maintain Power BI 3PM Dashboard and templates for reporting.
• Support PMO activities and monthly/quarterly reviews.
