Job summary

You will analyze spend, supplier data, conduct market research, and develop dashboards and reports to inform sourcing decisions in collaboration with Facilities, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and presentation tools; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
• Ability to organize information, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or business operations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or workflows for responsible research, data exploration, or productivity is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement, spend, cost, and supplier-performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for selected procurement categories.
• Contribute to defined sourcing projects through data gathering, commercial analysis, and documentation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, or analytical tools that communicate procurement insights clearly.
• Evaluate selected procurement processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, automation, or improved efficiency.
