Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Supply Chain or related Bachelor's program.
• Knowledge of procurement and customer service.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP and data analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain operations including order processing and vendor coordination.
• Support procurement activities such as vendor setup, reviewing quotations, and requisitions.
• Help generate procurement analysis reports and resolve vendor issues.
• Participate in ERP system rollout and learn AI/Copilot prompts for procurement.
• Develop problem-solving skills in operational and financial contexts.
