Job summary

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement analytics professional to govern maverick spend, develop governance frameworks and deliver spend analytics across manufacturing sites.

The role requires SAP/ERP experience, advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Automate, with a focus on digitalization, compliance and data-driven insights for business decisions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, data analytics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Proven procurement and analytics experience with continuous improvement.
Experience supporting regulatory compliance and databases.
Proven track record in digitalization and automation initiatives.
Strong MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate capabilities.

Responsibilities

Procurement governance & maverick spend control across sites.
Monitor and manage maverick spend in non-manufacturing sites.
Develop governance frameworks, dashboards and spend analytics.
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement for compliance.
Supply chain & regulatory analytics support.
Maintain databases supporting supply chain and EU regulatory requirements.
Provide analytics, reporting and data insights to support compliance and decisions.
Support procurement digitalization initiatives and adoption of digital solutions.
