Job summary

Heraeus Electronics in Singapore is seeking a procurement analytics professional to lead governance, spend control and analytics across sites. You will develop dashboards, support regulatory compliance and drive data-driven improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, expertise in SAP/ERP, Excel and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management to enable informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline
• Min 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or Operational Excellence
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and database management
• Proven track record in process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives
• Experience in using SAP or ERP systems
• Advanced in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Procurement governance & maverick spend control
• Monitor and manage maverick spend across non-manufacturing sites
• Develop governance frameworks, compliance dashboards and spend analytics
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement compliance
• Supply chain & regulatory analytics support
• Maintain and manage databases supporting supply chain and EU regulatory requirement
• Provide analytics, reporting and data insights to support compliance activities and business decisions
• Support implementation and adoption of digital solutions to improve efficiency and visibility
