Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with long-term business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.


• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure procurement goals are met.


• Oversee the issuance of purchase orders for direct materials, and monitor shipments, delivery dates, quality, and payment.


• Prepare comprehensive reports to assist in decision-making and management reporting.


• Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions on target materials.


• Assist with any additional tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in Material Science, Supply Chain/Business Administration, or an Engineering-related field.


• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a procurement-related role.


• Experience in purchasing metal parts, chemicals, or resin components is advantageous.


• Proven history of achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Strong understanding of procurement technology platforms.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of Power BI and RPA will be an asset.
