• Ensure the timely ordering of day-to-day requisitions.
• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provision Ship Machinery items.
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost and quality.

• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods;

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely ordering of the day to day requisitions;
• Quotation and offers received to place order Ensure delivery on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel;
• Report any specific vessel requirement;
• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provision Ship Machineryitems
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods;
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters Any other adhoc duties assigned
