Job summary

SIMBA TELECOM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive to join our rapidly expanding team.

This is a sole contributor role reporting directly to the Procurement Manager and involves a full suite of procurement tasks. The ideal candidate will process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, evaluate quotations, track orders, maintain records, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of strategic sourcing procurement experience in the Telco industry and familiarity with mobile network equipment.
• Strong educational background in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Resourceful in sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work as a team across the company.

Responsibilities
