Job summary

MK Consulting Group is seeking a Procurement & Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination for daily operations. You will forecast needs, coordinate with warehouse teams, and support new outlet openings and project launches.

Collaborating with Operations, Culinary, Finance and Project teams, you will prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation to ensure cost efficiency and smooth setup of outlets and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Forecast purchasing needs based on inventory and operational trends.
• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and wastage.
• Work closely with warehouse and outlet teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory optimisation and process improvement initiatives.

New Outlet & Project Support

• Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovation projects.
• Coordinate delivery timelines for equipment, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Ensure smooth setup and operational readiness before launch.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams.
• Support sourcing for new menu items and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.
