Job summary

FASTSTREAM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with an established ship management company to recruit an experienced Procurement Executive.

The role focuses on end-to-end procurement for vessel spares, stores, provisions and services, collaborating with technical teams to support ongoing vessel operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in ship management procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP systems to maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' procurement experience within a ship management or ship owning company.
• Experience using ERP procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of vessel spares, stores, provisions and services.
