BW MOTORSPORTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to plan, organize and control procurement activities in Singapore.

The role focuses on ensuring material availability, market evaluation, and cost efficiency to support production and daily operations. You will design and monitor procurement reporting systems, assign requests, and recruit reliable suppliers while upholding high ethical standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
• Continuously evaluates market, delivery and pricing to determine present and future material availability to maximize profitability.
• Designs, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements.
• Assigns procurement requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
• Sources, Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Procures all necessary raw materials, tools, machinery, delivery trucks, needed for production or daily operation of the company, prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices.
