Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of FMCG experience in demand planning and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
• Strong negotiation abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to predict future product needs.
• Analyze depletion reports to identify sales trends and generate product forecasts for procurement requirements.
• Work closely with management, sales, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of products.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement processes.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
• Review vendor backlogs regularly and proactively expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Submit depletion reports to brand owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery timelines, or service.
• Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality or timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Demand Planning:

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
• Review vendor backlogs regularly and proactively expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Submit timely depletion reports to brand owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery timelines, or service.
• Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising product quality or delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Maintain high‑quality standards for procured goods, conducting regular quality checks and inspections on received shipments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in demand planning and procurement processes.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.

• Detail‑oriented with a capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions.
