Job summary

Cyclect Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing aligned with team needs.

You will evaluate vendor quotations, manage onboarding, and drive digital procurement tools adoption to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability. Collaboration with stakeholders and guiding Procurement Assistants are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in M&E, Construction or Marine industries.
• Strong end-to-end procurement and tender support knowledge.
• Good commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with procurement systems and digital workflows.
• Proactive, structured and team-oriented.
